The Company has deep roots in the field of design and manufacturing of Syrian clothes. It began its activity in Aleppo in 1989 under the name “Cashmere” and specialized in “chic sport” following the opening of the L/C import from the famous Italian city “Milano” toward Syria in the name of the society.

This society had a very good and large reputation everywhere in the Syrian cities and in the neighboring countries due to the following:
Organization of parade of the summer-wear in the Citadel of Aleppo.
Organization of parade of the clothes of winters in the hotel Shahbaa Sham Palace.
Involvement with the society of Nidal Bechrawi, well known by its Lebanese models.
Also our society organized parades of fashion in Amman (Jordan) in collaboration with our agent in Jordan>
Its controlling persons: “Nahla KATAYES” and “Salim KATAYES” have been received to the chains broadcast “satellite and national” in Lebanon, as i.e: in the Program “BAAD ISSAHAR (stay up again!)” of the presenter Michel KAZZI and to the program “Days and People (Ayyam and Nass)” of the presenter “Maha SALMA”.

Our products have been exposed in the “Al-Hasnaa” magazine and in several serials, among others “Riddles of Ramadan” with the Lebanese model “Lamita Franjié” in the blessed month of Ramadan 1998, under the name of “3 months of honeymoon” on the satellite channel of Dubai and on the channels of the First ART, at the serial Four seasons” with the participation of an elite of the Syrian artists, this serial passed on most Arabian channels.

In the year 1999, the main society separated to from the BANITTA society, completing “Cashmere”, exclusively by its specialty in “sport of cotton”, as for “ Cashmere” it continued its specialization in “chic Sport” and “dresses of evening”.

Our Banitta society knew big success since the first year of its foundation and until now by its distinction:
by the quality of cloths:
by the elegance and perfection of every manufactured piece. And all is made in a distinct taste and assisted by the art and the accessories.

The “Banitta” society begins the design while leaving from the high-quality thread, of the conception of required cloth and colors of the fashion. The most distinction in all of this was the meticulous cut and design.

The “Banitta” society has several activities:
Among others, it possesses two branches on Aleppo, and its products are distributed everywhere in the Syrian cities.
Until now we collaborate with the models of the Lebanese society of Nidal Bechrawi, due to the good understanding of the both parties during these long years of cooperation.

Lately, the program broadcast “eyes of Beirut” asked to make an interview with the members of the society to make one hour program on the satellite channel “Orbit” with the remarkable presenter “Rita HARB” that worked in the beginning as model of our society in fall and winter of 1992 at the Citadel of Aleppo and continued with us until her retirement.
This is only a simple very concise historic preview of our society.
